MapleStory Events

The V76 update to MapleStory has brought several new events into the mix such as Gaga’s Favorite Song Quest and Gaga’s Fishing Quest which also opens up a new Fishing Map called Cassandra's Shore.  These events have been netting some nice rewards, here is a brief overview of these V76 events.  While this update was not packed with loads of new features, it did bring some good loot and overall improvements.

Gaga’s Favorite Song Quest:

This can be obtained as a drop.  A confirmed source is from a Mateons Drop that will open up a message from Maple Administrator that says you have a message, you can then acquire the new quest.

The quest simply requires cassette tapes and has a cool down of approximately 20 seconds.  The quest reward Gaga’s Appreciation for 20 minutes that increases your attack rate and magic by 10, DEF by 30, Accuracy and Avoidable by 20, speed and jump by 3.  Repeating can net the highly desired +20 Attack.

Gaga’s Fishing Quest

This requires that you collect Fishing Nets that are dropped from various mobs in Maple World then talk to Gaga to find the special fishing map Cassandra's Shore.  In order to fish you need to use it every few seconds, if you spam then you will get a warning that the fishing net cannot be used.  When you fish, open your inventory, double click the fish in your USE inventory and then get it from your ETC inventory.  Remember not to spam.  You can get all kind of rewards from the Gaga’s Fishing Quest.
