A new item was just recently released after the maintenance of Atlantica Online, The Stamina Pill. By using the said item, players can regain 20 points of stamina on their character. Stamina is very important in AO, as getting into a battle requires the usage of stamina, and without stamina, you can’t participate a battle. The only way to regain stamina is by taking quests, leaving your character AFK (away from keyboard) for a long period of time or sharing monster info to other players. With the Stamina Pill; which is available in the in-game market, players now have the option to grind more to reach their targeted level.

However, many players have mixed reactions over the Stamina pill. Some say that the pills forces players to play more, as having small amount of stamina controls the player’s gaming time and with the Stamina pill being introduced, this extends the player’s gametime when playing. Some of them also stated that you don’t need to use a stamina pills as there are alternative ways to regain stamina they even symbolized the pills as “drugs” as players claimed it increases the addiction of players.

On the other hand, there are some that praises the arrival of the Stamina Pills. According to them, using the pills is a big benefit to low level players who are still grinding to reach higher levels, and they need lots of stamina to complete certain quests. This also gives them more time to grind on special events like bonus exp day.

Even with different reactions and opinions towards the Stamina Pill, the bottom line is that the pill is a good alternative way to increase your grinding session. It’s all up to the player’s decision whether or not they will use the Stamina Pill.

I don't actually use up my stamina... but good to know that when I grind, there are stam pills to compensate ^^

It's actually a waste specially for newbies with 100 stam. my stam is only half and I dont need it

well maybe it's used as a last resort, well we'll never know when we will gonna need 'em
