I was just curious about the environment settings of the games that are released nowadays (MMO's). Most of the MMO's today has an Asian environments setting like Perfect World, Zhu Xian Online, Tantra, etc. Is there any other game that is NEW that has a different environment setting? Like for example, An MMO which is based in New York or California something like that because up until now I still haven't encountered one.

i wanted to see a steam punk themed world..or maybe a futuristic world but the type that it is very futuristic

steam punk ftw!
but a lot of medieval mmo's are already kinda steam punk because of the usual added mix of gunslinging classes.

hmm, steampunk..im imaging something like the midgar slums but as an MMO. sounds cool.

ya there are some that are using guns, but you can still recognize them as medieval...
steam punk as in more of a semi futuristic city and more of a slum like atmosphere like those in FF7
