Dungeons & Dragons Online: Bard Songs If you're thinking about trying out The Bard class in Dungeons & Dragons Online you should keep in mind that they are starkly different from all the other classes. Their unique play style can be both frustrating and a rewarding challenge. The Bard is described as a “jack of all trades, master of none,” but that’s a little misleading. A Bard’s song makes them formidable support characters, masters of crowd control, and allows them to fill in the gaps th at your party may be missing in DDO. Crowd Control Bard Songs Crowd Control Songs allow the bard to temporarily remove a mob from the battle, or to control a mob for a length of time. This removal/control is very important to a party, because controlling a mob gives you control over the battle, and ultimately its outcome.

Empowering Songs allow the bard to increase the natural attributes of themselves and of their party. Simply put: you will make yourself and others better at what they do with your music.
