Runes of Magic Prepares Savage Lands Update For September
Frogster is preparing the final touches on the upcoming "Savage Lands" zone for its MMORPG Runes of Magic that will be released this fall in with the launch of Chapter II: The Elven Prophecy.
Located in the north-west of the "Weeping Coast" lies the bastion of the elves. The Rain Forest themed zone of Savage Lands seems innocent enough, but players will come face to face in battle against the Apeman and the toughest of the Naga, that made it through the western defensive barriers and constructed outposts to build their supply lines.
Included in the Savage Lands is The Fungus Village that holds the Fungus-King and his guards which will defend their lands to the death against any threat. Savage Lands will go live with the final launch phase of the second chapter of Runes of Magic in September. This new zone is geared towards players that are level 52 and above and will include a multitude of quests, npc's, and monsters for players that meet the level requirement.
