Lyzira Dev Corner
Lineage 2's Community Manager, Lyzira, addressed the communities' questions this week with a helpful, and enjoyable Dev Q&A. With all the talk about Aion in the last few months it is great to see the community team of Lineage 2 staying pro-active with community communication. In this latest post, Lyzira gives us a little insight into the daily workload of a community manager which includes everything from coordinating the fansite program to responding to player tickets.
Having previously managed fansites, I know how important it is to work with a good community manager and if you thought that it was all about forum moderation think again. As Lyzira mentions, even maintaining the official Lineage 2 game site is her responsibility and so far, in her short role as the CM, she is doing a great job.
