Irth Online is a mmorpg that was officially released in 2004. The game is based on a fantasy storyline. It consists of a number of characters that the players can choose to play.
Irth Online has gone down bad in the players’ memory books. There are a number of technical and logical reasons for Irth Online to go this bad. Firstly, they released what we feel was a very flawed beta version. One of the most difficult aspects of the game was its graphical user interface. If the players find the graphical user interface very hard to understand, there is litte chance that they will continue to proceed with the game.
One of the other main issues is that you can get too many crashes within ten minutes due to bad and excessive memory leak. As can be seen in some surveys on online gaming communities and forums, most players get tired of playing the game in less than 20 minutes. This 20 minutes is probably spent getting frustrated at the controls. The GUI offered by the game is too tiresome and difficult for the carefree thrill seeking gamer. Irth Online also does not feature the best visuals.
Ultimately, the game developers went very wrong when deciding about the level of complexity of the game vs content. It is true that complexity makes it interesting for people to like the game; however, complexity should not be made so enormous that the purpose of gaming is lost within. Unfortunately, this was the case with Irth Online and it will definitely surprise us if this game goes beyond making more than a few thousand fans.
