Top Aion Shields

The Templar is premier tanking class in Aion that can taunt and keep aggro away from group members in order for the dps classes to knock down attacking enemies.  At the forefront of the Templars arsenal is their shield.  It is important to cary a short weapon in one hand and the knockbacking power of a shield in the other. 

There are limited amounts of high quality shields for Templars level 40-50 but by far the best two shields for a Templar above level 47 in Aion is the Archon Tribunus’s Shield which has a block of 746 and gives Physical Defense 69, Block 85, and PVP Attack 5%, and the Gitimuka’s Shield that carries a block of 675 and adds Maximum MP +323. 

The Archon is a Legendary shield so you may want to focus on getting the Git first, but either of these shields will give you a hand up in your tanking role and add some bragging rights to go with it.
